I had an issue downloading Office Pro Plus 2021, and emailed Instantlegit for assistance. My email was replied to by return !! They tried a few options then transferred me to their Support Dept. Being totally computer illiterate, I had been making mistakes during the download process. Their support could not have been more helpful. Each time I contacted, they replied by return. and completely sorted any issues. This is a great and honest company who can backup their promises. THANK YOU
